Dr. Arvin Bahri

Chiropractor


Dr. Arvin Bahri was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He completed his Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Winnipeg with a major in Biology. After completing his undergraduate degree, Dr. Bahri continued his education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota and completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. He practised in Winnipeg for 3 years before moving to Coquitlam to open up his own office and be closer to family.

Dr. Bahri practices a Diversified approach to Chiropractic care, meaning he uses various evaluative techniques and treatment options to better help his patients and offers care plans that are customised to the patient’s needs. This includes manual and instrument assisted spinal and extra-spinal adjustments for joint dysfunctions. He also offers ultrasound, electrotherapy, manual and instrument assisted soft tissue therapies to aid in faster rehabilitation and proper maintenance for his patients.

Hung-En (Carter) Hsiao

Acupuncture Therapist


Carter Hsiao was born in Taiwan and immigrated to Vancouver in his early teens. Growing up his father and grandfather were both Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine; as a result, Carter was exposed to Acupuncture and Herbs at a very young age, and became passionate about pursuing a career in the same field. Carter attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University where he studied Health Sciences before graduating from PCU College of Holistic Medicine with a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Herbs and Acupuncture.

Carter’s practices include Acupuncture, Bloodletting, Chinese herbs, Cupping Therapy and other TCM theories as his treatment protocol for best results. He also uses pulse diagnosis, ear diagnosis, and hand diagnosis to analyze and detect patient’s conditions and needs. He has a strong understanding of  the human body which he uses to achieve homeostasis (balance) in order to regain optimal health. Because everyone is different, he will carefully learn the patient’s life style in order to create best treatment plans.

Carrie Lee

Acupuncture Therapist


Carrie is a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner of British Columbia. She studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and completed the program at PCU College of Holistic Medicine. She has always had a passion for healthcare. After graduation,she is dedicated to continuing education. She spent 7 months interning at a clinic in Taiwan, and also trained with a well-known traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Los Angeles. With a compassionate heart and the passion to heal, she truly cares about her patients and puts people at ease. She focuses treatments on health and wellness especially by addressing the internal root cause underneath aggravated symptoms to help patients achieve their highest quality of life.

Raphael Cho

Registered Massage Therapist


Raphael was born in Korea and immigrated to Coquitlam as a child. He has graduated from a 3000 hour program at WCCMT in New Westminister.​ Having bad sitting posture throughout his life, he discovered many different​ ways to treat and recover from muscular neck/back pain, tension headaches,​ and thoracic outlet syndrome. Raphael has outreach experience at Friends for Life, ​sports events at UBC, and BACI.

Shae Skands

Registered Massage Therapist


Shae has been an RMT in good standing with CMTBC since 2017. Her approach to treatment is inclusive and educational using a variety of techniques such as biodynamic myofascial mobilization, passive and active stretching, and joint mobilization, while addressing nervous system integration of each individualized approach. She has focused her practice on working with pregnant bodies, weekend warriors, chronic pain patients, desk workers, as well as general relaxation for wellbeing. She has pursued further education in pregnancy massage, biodynamic myofascial mobilization, and pain science, and involves home care in each treatment with the goal of achieving longer lasting symptom relief. Shae has just moved back to the mainland after a year on Galiano Island with her family. She spends her spare time on the trails with her dog, in the garden with her baby, or attempting DIY projects with wood. She looks forward to meeting you in the treatment room.

Emma Arduini

Registered Massage Therapist


Emma graduated from the intense massage therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She grew up in the tri-cities, spending most of her time Highland Dancing and exploring the beautiful outdoors. Emma uses many therapy techniques such as fascial work, deep tissue massage, low grade joint mobilization’s and general swedish massage. She is looking forward to meeting you all!
